Qamarul Solihien is a Business Development & Partnerships Director with Whatshalal Singapore. For the past 3 years he has been advocating SMEs on various Government Assistance Schemes, grants, and capability toolkits available; i.e CDG, ICV, PIC, TECS, ACE Start-ups, 5S, 7W, Menu & SKU Analysis. He also conducted business needs analysis for SMEs and tailoring action plans through needs analysis
A graduate of Murdoch University, Bachelor of Communications – majoring in Public Relations and Marketing, Qamarul have lead sales team focusing on business development and marketing strategies for clients such as Standard Chartered, HSBC, SingTel, Singapore Heart Foundation & Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF). Previously at Mastereign Enrichment Group, Qamarul was the Assistant Strategic Business Head and Education Consultant, in charge of branding, marketing, and outreaching to MOE government/independent schools. He has a successful record of leadership development and implementation of creative strategies and innovative solutions with Mastereign Multi-Sports with a niche in sales, marketing, and advertising.
